We are looking for a talented Frontend Team Lead to guide our frontend development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend technologies, leadership experience, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our frontend solutions.

About You:
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of frontend applications.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- You'll own your projects so new ideas are welcome
What you bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
- Experience with version control systems Git
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tool Jira
- Curiousity and passion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Knowledge of build tools and automation (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Gulp).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing frontend skills.
