We are looking for an exceptionally driven International Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the engine of our global growth. This is a crucial, high-impact role responsible for generating new, qualified sales opportunities and introducing our expert Polish engineering teams to top companies in both the US and EU B2B markets.

About You:
- 4+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar quota-carrying, outbound-focused B2B sales role, preferably in the software services, IT consulting, or SaaS industries
- Native/Fluent English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Comfort engaging high-level executives globally
- International B2B Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of B2B buyer journeys and cultural nuances within both the North American and Western European markets
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo).
- Exceptional Resilience: A highly competitive, coachable, and persistent mindset that thrives on overcoming objections and managing a pipeline across multiple time zones
- Strong Research Skills: The ability to find valuable insights (technographics, company news) to tailor outreach and make every message relevant
What you bring with you:
- Proactively identify, research, and build targeted lists of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and key decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Leaders) within both the US and major EU countries (e.g., UK, DACH, Nordics)
- Execute highly personalized, engaging outbound sequences using cold email, LinkedIn, and potentially personalized video. Your messaging must resonate with the specific business drivers and pain points of technology leaders across various international regions
- Written and spoken English
- Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls to vet prospects using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline). Only leads that are a confirmed fit for our high-value services will be passed to the sales team
- Adapt your communication style, time zones, and outreach strategies to effectively engage prospects in diverse geographic markets
- Meticulously track and manage all activities, contacts, and progress in our CRM HubSpot
